Sound familiar?
Where a workshop loses its day
An order is cut before anyone checks there is enough fabric, thread and zippers for all of it.
Sewing machines are rethreaded from black to white and back again, several times a day.
Nobody knows which order is at cutting, which is at sewing and which is waiting for labels.
What ManuHive does
From fabric to finished garment
For workshops where many small orders share the same tables and machines.
Fabric and trims reserved per order
Each garment carries its materials: fabric by the metre, thread, zippers, labels and bags. A new order reserves them, and finishing it deducts what was used.
Every step in sight
Orders move through your steps, and you see live which ones are at the cutting table, on which sewing machine, and which are waiting.
A screen at every machine
Operators tap their name, then start, pause or finish their step. A problem is reported in one tap and the order shows as stuck on everyone's screen.
- Basic plan
Colours from light to dark
Tag products with their fabric and colour and enter how long a change takes on each machine. Optimize then runs the day from light to dark, so machines are rethreaded less often.
- Basic plan
Delivery dates you can keep
Before you accept an order, see when it can really be finished from the current queue. Change a promised order and you see which others move.
A tracking link for your customer
Send a customer a link that shows how far their order has got, so they do not have to call and ask.
